Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $50.

Free delivery to public, agreed-upon locations is available in Wake County, NC.

**Please note:** As a family-owned business, we take great care in crafting each of our products in small batches. Large or bulk orders may take a bit more time, as we want to ensure every item is made fresh and meets the high standards of quality our family is proud to share with you.​

Ship-From & P.O. Boxes

P.O. Boxes: We proudly ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Fulfillment: Orders ship from our secure fulfillment centers. For safety and privacy, we do not offer local pickup but delivery in Wake County in a public place is available.
2. PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within two business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once the item has been handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer.
3. CANCELLATIONS

5. DELAYED ORDERS
​Shipping provider delays do not fall under the seller's liability. For delayed orders, please first contact the shipping carrier to check the item's status.

​Devoted Man is not liable for loss or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product has arrived damaged, reach out to us so that we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.
