Devoted Man Returns & Refund Policy

At Devoted Man™ , we want you to love your hair and skin care routine. Because many of our products are personal care items, we maintain strict hygiene standards to ensure the safety of all our customers.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for all eligible items.

2. Eligibility by Product Type

  • Skincare & Hair Care (Consumables):

    • Unopened: Fully refundable if the original seal and packaging are intact.

    • Opened/Used: Due to health and safety regulations, used or opened liquids, creams, and serums are Final Sale and cannot be returned.

    • Reactions: If you experience an allergic reaction, please contact devotedmanllc+mocra@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt.

  • Non-Skincare Items (Accessories, Tools, Apparel):

    • Items such as hair clips, headbands, styling tools, or clothing must be returned in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging attached.

    • For hygiene reasons, items such as earrings or certain hair-touching accessories (if applicable) may be non-returnable if the hygiene seal is broken.

  • Defective or Damaged Items:

    • If any item (skincare or non-skincare) arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a full refund or replacement.

3. How to Start a Return

To ensure your return is processed correctly, please follow these steps:

  1. Email devotedmanllc+returns@gmail.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.

  2. Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  3. Mail your item to our secure mailing facility:

Note: Unauthorized returns sent without an RA number may not be accepted. We do not accept in-person drop-offs.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Standard Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  • Errors/Damaged Goods: If we made a mistake or the item is faulty, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

 

5. Refunds & Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees, but original shipping costs are non-refundable.
